We've teamed up with representative & friend Daniel Soloff of Cavatappi Distribuzione to bring you an evening of delicious exploration, featuring FIVE expertly curated pairings of cheese and wine - this time focusing on French wines, and Artisanal American cheeses made with a nod to the old world styles.
🧀 Candace Kiersky (owner of Skagit Valley Larder) will share insights into each cheese, its origins, and why it sings alongside its pairing.
🍷 Daniel Soloff (Cavatappi Distribuzione) will guide us through their well chosen French wines and how they complement our cheese selections.
